Forge Labs is a Sydney-based advanced manufacturing partner specialising in industrial 3D printing, CNC machining, injection moulding and CAD services. Our story
Built by engineers, for engineers
Forge Labs started in a small Sydney workshop with two industrial printers and a stubborn belief: Australian businesses deserved faster, smarter, more transparent manufacturing than the long lead times and opaque pricing they were used to.
Eight years later we run two workshops in Sydney's north-west, stock over 200 materials, and operate one of the most complete additive-and-traditional manufacturing capability stacks in the country. We've delivered prototype tooling for defence contractors, anatomical models for surgeons, end-use parts for Fortune 500 product teams, and one-off trophies for the local kids' soccer club.
We're still the same people who answer the phone, review your CAD, and walk through your project with you. That part hasn't changed — and it isn't going to.
